Our Story

Who We Are

I always wanted to change the world—but growing up in a blue-collar, Rust Belt family, that felt out of reach. So I leaned into changing many small worlds instead. One student, one classroom, one team at a time.

I come from a family of educators. I started teaching at 18—as a coach—and I’ve never left education since. Over the last two decades, I’ve taught in private schools, suburban schools, and rural public schools, taught eight different subjects, and written curriculum for every grade level. I’ve worked in school buildings and I’ve held leadership roles in a non-profit business, all while staying rooted in what matters: building relationships, challenging students, and helping educators thrive.

Reacht Education wasn’t a business plan. It was something my friends and colleagues pulled out of me. I was designing curriculum because it was fun—and because it worked. I used daily formative assessments, high-tech and low-tech strategies, and designed materials that helped students show up, think deeply, and succeed. The more it worked, the more people asked: “Can I use this in my room?”

At the same time, I was earning degrees in history, education, and a master’s in school leadership with a focus on program implementation. But what shaped me most wasn’t the credentials—it was sitting through professional development sessions that were supposed to help but rarely did. Like most educators, I’ve been in the meetings where we were already overwhelmed, and then handed more. In hallway conversations, we’d all ask the same thing:

“Why can’t someone just give us something that helps us teach our students in the real world?”

That question became Reacht.

Reacht Education LLC is a group of educators committed to designing materials that are actually teachable. Every resource we create has to pass one test:

“Could I teach this right now?”

If not, we go back and fix it.

We believe in building curriculum that is editable, because real teachers know what their students need. We support educator autonomy while making sure every tool we provide is standards-aligned, engaging, and ready to use. We don’t believe in handing down burdens—we believe in lifting them.

We also know that AI is changing everything. It’s made discovering information faster than ever—but it’s also made assessing student learning harder. That’s why we design for critical thinking, reflection, and real learning, not just clicks and content.

Our mission is to build a bridge between K–12 classrooms, universities, non-profits, and businesses, and to provide curriculum that’s useful, adaptable, and built to work in an ever-changing world.

At Reacht, we know that when you support teachers, you support students.

Our goal is simple:

To help educators teach at a higher level by giving them the time, the tools, and the trust they need to do what they do best.

And in doing that, we believe we really can change the world—one supported educator at a time.
